The euthanization percentage is alarming and the conditions in which animals are sheltered need to improve.
People for Pets is on a mission to assist local animal shelters by improving the care of their impounded companion animals. Under their direction, not only are animals being well-fed in a clean environment but there is also efficient prevention and control of the spread of disease.
