Monica Conway

Chief Executive Officer

As President of Operations, Monica’s duties are to implement the overall vision, direction, and strategy of the company. Monica McArdle takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound analysis, strategies, and development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through a challenge from start to finish, and assertively brings them together into a coherent whole.

She helps others expand their thinking and drive opportunities to fruition.  She is a charismatic leader who inspires action, while at the same time staying grounded in knowledge and ethics. This adds to her ability to empathize and understand client needs and explore solutions.  Clients and team members appreciate her straightforwardness, unique perspectives, and the depth of her “real world “experience.

Monica is distinguished by her ability to identify risks, goals, and opportunities and develops responsive solutions. Throughout her career, she has helped clients, define their individual financial profiles, and utilizes her talents to position them to secure their lifestyle, by addressing risk and implementing strategic pathways to achieve their destiny. She has a contagious enthusiasm and passionately believes in helping people!  She inspires them to become prouder, stronger, and financially independent.

For the past 5 years, Monica has been delivering great value to clients as a trusted advisor, helping them plan for their short-term needs, long- term goals and addressing their concerns. She is a well-organized individual, able to keep multiple priorities in mind while striving for the best outcome for her clients! With her strong attention to detail, and her ability to connect with people’s emotions, she has a compassionate way of communicating clearly with the client about possible changes. She is dedicated to the financial well-being of those she works with, and closely monitors their financial success, providing course corrections as needed, and becoming their “trusted advisor”

Monica first became interested in Finance at age 20 when she interned at Modern Woodman. During her internship, she helped analyze mathematical models of interest rates and fluctuations for making better portfolio decisions. Her experiences encouraged her to change her career from personal fitness to finance. Although, she still passionately pursues and enjoys her own personal fitness journey and inspires others in the world as well! With her many years of experience with recognized financial and insurance industry leaders, she helped thousands of individual clients identify exposures and unforeseen risks, then recommended insurance services that would benefit their individual situations. She continues to broaden her knowledge and professional skills, through her avid pursuit of ongoing industry education and non-fiction reading.

As a supportive Partner and Mother (Step, Adoptive, Foster, and fur babies) with strong family values, believes whole-heartedly in ‘the “Golden Rule” in her life and business. Monica takes special care to ensure that she understands the needs and dynamics of every single client and is always there. Her commitment and desire to work closely with her clients; planning their financial future, rather than just helping them insure their homes and auto, lead her to include financial services. Now expanding on that vision has led her to develop Conway Financial!

Robert Conway

Chief Operations Officer

Robert James Conway is both an excellent Businessman and leader, who is frequently called upon for his knowledge. As a founding member of several startup organizations, Robert Conway has proven himself to be a passionate and dedicated visionary. He uses his years of mastery and experience to dedicate himself to the improvement of others’ lives. Whether it be in a corporate or more personable setting he has assisted in guiding business owners, and individuals through the process of improving themselves, their finances, and their lives.

He leads mainly by example, always doing his best and encouraging others to do the same. Robert is a passionate leader when it comes to the people he helps. He is dedicated to their problems and uses strategic approaches to overcome them. Utilizing a variety of tried-and-true methods he helps others understand areas of improvement and develops their approach to get their end goal.

While easygoing by nature, no one doubts his authority – he is direct and decisive when he needs to be. Robert has led teams of over 200 to reach success and achieve measurable improvements, including leading others to their own personal success. He does this all with such grace and effortless ability, He makes the road to financial success look easy.

With over 10 years of experience in business and human resources along with 8 years of education in various fields. He has achieved his MBA (Master of Business Management), GHRMC (Graduate of Human Resource Management Certification) as well as BSP (Bachelor of Science in Psychology). He is respected not only by his business colleagues but by his peers.

Robert is A dedicated provider to his wife and children (Biological, Step, Foster/ Adoptive) with strong family foundations of respect, and acceptance. Robert has dedicated his life to the betterment of those around him, with a passion for changing the stigmatization around addiction, and mental health. This dedication and drive have allowed Robert to escape poverty and rise above his station with determination and tenacity to never give up or accept defeat. Whether that is in life or while playing a board game with friends and family. Now bringing all that passion, and experience to Conway Financial to assist clients to achieve the lives that they keep dreaming about.

Megan Brown

Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Megan Brown, Operations Manager here at Conway Financial.  I became an insurance agent as I wanted to help people navigate tricky policies and provide my clients with peace of mind. I believe all policyholders should be aware of their risk exposures. It is my goal to help my clients understand what insurance policies make sense for them so that I can provide them with proper coverage. I find joy in helping clients with their needs and securing their futures.

With over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, together with many years of Management. My Position gives me the unique opportunity to direct and lead a team of my peers. Knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and intellectual leader are just a few words most often used to describe me. In this current role at C.F.G, I lead strategic business development, strengthen client relationships, change and program management, and guide the success of our high-performing teams. When we help our clients to succeed in financial growth we to succeed. I have consistently found success through my effective communication skills and my unique ability to navigate the details. In doing so I’ve earned the trust and admiration of both clients and peers alike.

Proud mother of four, Fur mom of three, Grandmother of one. With the support of my Fiancée/My Rock. As a devoted Mother and Partner, I believe strongly in protecting and caring for my family. With Conway Financial Group I can devote the same protection into carrying for your family.

Proud to be Idaho Born and raised! When not in the office you can find me, enjoying the freedom of life, camping, kayaking, boating, swimming, and fishing. Just about anything outdoors with family and friends.

Queenie Conway

Morale Boosting Officer

Queen Believes no Pawject is too Ruff to handle, She brakes all tasks down into bite-size pieces. Queenie approaches every pawject with positivity and cheerful energy and likes to be involved in every touchpoint of a pawject. Queenie is also a good listener but speaks up on important matters, making Queenie a valuable addition to Conway Financial. 

She is an aspiring innovator who works best in a dynamic environment. 

She keeps Conway Financial on the Barking edge with her Keen sense to sniff out new innovations.  Queenie leads the way in company diversity creating an environment that embraces all differences, Rather Sex, Race Creed, or Breed.
